Sumac is a new band comprised of Aaron Turner (ISIS, Mamiffer, Old Man Gloom), Nick Yacyshyn (Baptists), and Brian Cook (Russian Circles, Botch). 'The Deal' is Sumac's debut album. 'The Deal' was recorded by Mell Dettmer (SunnO))) and Boris, Eyvind Kang, Wolves In The Throne Room) and mixed by Kurt Ballou (Converge, High On Fire, Old Man Gloom).
