"Insane quality black metal by one of the modern masters. The combination of blistering drums and tremolo riffs into mid tempo heaviness is done exceptionally well across this album. The melodic content of the guitar parts in this artist's music never fails to amaze me and their skills as a composer are on full display. This is my AOTY. The closing track is truly an encapsulation of everything there is to love in black metal. 10/10 album."
